1993 Mantis Pro Floater (DONE)

Re: 1993 Mantis Pro Floater

I think I will go for these Joe´s brakes I got. Brakes are NOS and boosters are not. Some stuff will be black anyway and good with some contrast. :)

Re: 1993 Mantis Pro Floater

I have started to build it up. Some crank issues that I hope I will have fixed tomorrow. Seems like I might just go for M900 cranks as well even if it´s boring. Just don´t want to start with installing a new axle.

Re: Re:

I don´t know Felix. Bought them of an ex Prototype Machining employe from his private stash. I have never seen them before. ;)

Interesting Joe's brakes, Erik. What's the name of this model?

Ok, done with the bike. Original condition, original decals. Some cable rub on the drive siden, but I changed the routing. But that´s about it of imperfections. Pretty great looking frame.

Titan axle on pressed bearings, campa headset, custom painted long travel mag 21 with custom arch. M900, nos Joe´s brakes with slightly used booster, Ringlé moby deuce seatpost, control tech stem, nos porcipaws grips, nos wildgripper DH tires, SLR cabling and wire, xt 735 pedals. Mavic 231 rims on m900 hubs. M900 freewheel and Flite seat.

Will sell this one. Trying locally first.
