There are no original parts due to a constant evolution of components over the years - but it is set up quite well.

Let me know what you think....

Shame on you!!!!!

Get out there and ride it, I bet it will give you more satisfaction than the "bouncy carbon thing"

Pah.....in a cupboard!! Poor thing.

Yes, but he does have a point - a cupboard is the best place for a Judy TT.

I would say the frame merits a better quality fork, and if you are going to have such a slack head angle you need to fit a much shorter stem to compensate - something like 7-8cm. That fork is c6.5cm longer than the (non suspension-adjusted) geometry was designed for, and although the stem is shorter than the original it doesn't look anywhere near short enough to me.

Do those two things and you might find you like riding it as much as your full susser.

nice frame!

Camelback sticker in the top tube could be removed in my opinion  to get a cleaner view of the frame.

Save the Kona from the Spiders!

Thanks for the replys so far...In my defense I rode it untill 2 years ago when i go the new bike...

I intended to ride it as a "purist" hardtail and have the bouncer for fun - but it turns out the new bike becomes a hard tail at the push of a button so I have only ridden the kona for novelty value twice since!

You are right about the stickers, will remove when i clean it up soon

Theres an X-Lite and an Onza one on there too - classic!

I feel sorry for it in the cupboard - it needs to go to a better home!

Time to get out the Ultrasonic Parts Cleaner and do some nice photos....
