1993 Kilauea and 1992 Cindercone seat post diameters

Could anyone help me find out the seatpost diameters for these two frames.

1993 kilauea tange prestige concept

1992 Cindercone

I'd measure them myself but i'm away from home and want to pick up some posts asap.

You're probably safest with a 27.0 for the Concept, although mine takes a 27.2 just about.

Thanks Anthony, I was just concerned about the shaped tubes on the prestige concept tubeset.

Ii thiink the Cindercone will take a 27.2mm no problem (well iit may be a bit tight...)

No, I'm pretty sure the Cinder Cone will need either a 26.4 or 26.6, but I haven't had one so I thought I'd leave it somebody like TaulPaul or Guybe who know more. The tubes are both 28.6, but it's all down to how thick the walls are, and I'm pretty sure the Cindy will have thicker walls so less room for post.

For the Cindercone, I would say 27.0, but the Kilauea, I think you need a bigger diameter due to thin tubes, to be on the safe side it's best to visit LBS and let them measure it if they have the tool to do it.

I think the Cindercone is 26.8.

My 1992 cindercone is a 26.4.

I'm pretty sure the Cindercone will be 26.4mm like the Lava Dome, iirc the only difference between the Cinder and Lava frames was the stays. Lava Dome is definitely a 26.4mm seatpost, although a 26.6 might fit (havent tried it).

Quite honestly, I don't think Kona ever did a 26.6.

26.4, 26.8, 27.0, 27.2, 30.0, yes.
