1993 Dynatech Ogre XCE - which bars?

The catalogue says "titanium bullhorn, rubber sleeves" but the side-on photo doesn't show them. Does anyone have more information on what bars they are, or a photo that shows them? 'Rubber sleeves' is an odd way to describe grips, so is it something else?

Think these are the grips, I remember the first link coming up in my Dyna-Tech searches and wondering what they are for. Second link is a pair for sale.

There are loads of bullhorn bars or even stoker bars available. The Raleigh ones look like they may curve round a bit further than most though (photo robbed off the web)
