I know it's a Carrera....but it has a complete 300lx group set and there is something about it. I have changed the bars, stem and saddle though. It rides quite nicely

It was free too!!

This never really had a place as it was. So I used all the bits, with a few additions, from my now departed Saracen "gravel" bike. It's not bad, not as nice a frame as the Saracen, but it fits better.

The forks were awful on this so they have been replaced with some rb sourced Kona Project 2s. It rides better now and looks better. It's not the lightest but it's OK. The gear hanger extender (ebay £3) does the job and allows the Sram Apex derailleur to handle the 11-36 10 speed cassette, shifted by 10 speed campag ergos.
