1992 Yo Eddy Team Violet build begins - Updated 11/24/11

I just got my 92 Yo Eddy back from paint and am starting the build. It's a medium frame, complete with matching BOI fork and Salsa stem. I bought it as a restoration project and intend to sell it when done, so if anyone is interested and wants to work something out, lemme know.

I'm most likely going to built it with M900 XTR unless it's decide that M735 XT is a better choice.

It's hard to capture the color with a camera, I'll try again with my DSLR and see if I can do it more justice.

I managed to put together a very nice & complete M900 gruppo to equip this Yo. The parts are all in excellent condition (I had to give up the nicer cranks and rear derailleur for the Moonrise Attitude), but all in all a near mint package.

I need to find some plastic sleeves for the top tube run cables before I tighten everything down.

I also chose to go with a black Syncros (over a silver Thomson) and a black Hyperlite (over a silver one) - any thoughts??

really nice build but i vote against the syncros seatpost. its too new (its a late 90ees model) and a silver post would be a better match.
suggestions:
syncros titanium post (but i think they were not avaliable in 29,4mm)
ringle moby in silver (would be perfect imho)
ird seatpost in silver

nice M900 stuff... But I'd go for a black or silver Ringle Moby too!
