1992 Roberts White Spider issues

Afternoon,

After a bit of advise re the above bike. Do you know the BB width I need as when I fitted my Topline cranks to it the drive side catches the frame and also is it normal for a Ringle Holey seat pin to not fit through the frame as it's to fat.

The consensus appears to be 127mm, but you might get away with a little shorter:

I've run toplines in the past on a Fat Chance and Cannondale with a 122.5 but found they are quite flexy, or it's just that I'm so powerful , that they can flex and hit the chainstays. I personally would go with a 127.5. Quite possible your Roberts seat clamp is threaded for a bolt, my DB is. Does the Ringle screw in ?.
