biopace was around until 93. it just got a bit rounderererer each year until shimano released 'roundpace' onto an unsuspecting public for the 94 season

I had one exactly the same for a brief while. Cost me £25 but Needed a lot of work but a local guy who collected Gts wanted it and had a marin muirwoods i couldnt resist. Last i heard he had 5 zaskars amongst others
