NOS chain and front XTR rings didn't mate well with the cassette on the build so had to splurge for an NOS cassette too.

This came out really nice. The perfect amount of patina. Can't decide if I like the yellow saddle but it ties in very well. Any race pics?

Not very many race pics since both Pete and I were racing..... I know someone was snapping shots out there though!

Very nice patina indeed. Ideal shredder for the woods.....don't like the cranks though, they somehow don't fit the very sophisticated thin tubing of the frame.

Interesting observation. We have actually been battling the same issue and thinking of putting some nice XTR's on them to match the build. Funny you said that!

Pete has made some changes to the Fat:

1) Removed the Syncros Crankset and added the XTR M900 set up.

2) Swapped out the Yellow Turbo for the Black

3) Slightly shorter Salsa stem 100mm vs the 130mm.
