MTS - hmmm.....interesting. I was a big fan of Manitou 1s and the UK ProCircuit copies and then in 1995 blagged a bike with Mag21s fitted. I made a few calls and techs said - ‘well compared to the Manitous they always are going to have more stiction’ and I left it at that, selling the RS forks on very quickly. But in retrospect I should have stripped and serviced them, since it may well have been the case that they needed some love and care... I tried some Judy’s a year or so later, and really loved them - and did thousands of miles on them - SpeedSprings and constantly serviced alloy-shaft plastic cartridge.
