1992 Cannondale Touring Tandem

A friend's parents are looking to shift their 1992 Cannondale tandem, bought in 1993 in Washington DC, used for gentle day-touring for six years, and stored ever since. I've offered to help.

Everything is up together, with very little wear on the components, but there are a number of chips and scrapes to the paint, mostly from storage and transportation. Located in Bristol (UK) - can be ridden away, or a rack that mounts to standard roof bars can be included.

I've got a figure in mind, but I'd like a second opinion. What's it worth?

I'm also looking for postage/courier options if anyone can advise.

It's a bit small for me, and I've nowhere to keep it, or I'd put in a bid myself.

For future reference, it sold (very quickly) for the asking price of £550.
