1991 Klein Adept 700c

So I’ve had this for a couple of months now and thought I’d share it on here!
1991 Klein Adept in size 19” in Candy Blue .
Purchased online from the Netherlands through a Dutch bike shop owner who had a 90 yr old customer wanting to sell his “collection”.
He must have been near 60yrs old when he bought this in 91.
A few items have been changed over the years, mainly the brakeset and shifters changed to 9 speed.

My aim is to get it back to original or as close to it..
The below pictures are how I first received it apart from the touring racks that I removed.
The frameset itself is in incredible condition for 30yrs old

So I’ve added a nos pair of Panaracer tyres and they look amazing. I think they fully compliment the Mavic open pro ceramic rims. (Hubs are Chris King Classics).
New Klein Instinct grips.
Shimano M095 shifters/levers added too.
Nos Shimano m731 bear trap pedals, but I’m still unsure about looking correct?
Flite Titanium saddle.
Klein Seatpost is from an Adroit with the Boron coating inside. Still unsure wether to have it refinished?
Now I’m not sure about the cantis? I have both Sliver and Black in NOS..

My main aim now is to find a Mint condition M730 chainset with black rings…
