A different 99 Fullpro, 25th Anniversary- Japan made?

I don't know who built the frame for 1999 25th anniversary model. It could also be a boutique builder or small high end series shop. The frame uses very decorative lugs and frame parts and is fully chromed. A while ago I had the oppertunity to acquire one. Sadly the paint had suffered severely from use and it had a non original Campagnolo group.
This Koga was issued to celebrate 25 years Koga-Miyata. 100 built. The bike set you back 9.995 guilders in 1999. As it was also the same period that Shimano celebrated 25 years Dura-Ace and as ties with Shimano had always been very close, Koga acquired 100 Dura-Ace 25th anniversary groupsets for this bike. The numbers 2500 to 2599 went to Koga. The frames got the same numbering. It is present on the toptube.
