Nope, the frame's the same.

I also thought if I should buy it or not but since it was midget-sized, I decided to pass. If I remember correctly, the starting price was $400 and it got no bids? And yeah, the condition was not so good --> You've done a great job with it!!

Yes, it's the same frame than the other "3.0" from the SM400 to the SM omega, it was the same frame.
For cannondale, the philosophy of that bike was "The best components on the best frame"
Cannondale was very modest
