Hey everyone..i have here my 89 univega alpina
size 18"
Has been stripped & re-built, & everything is in perfect working order
(18yrs practice working in shops)
Full XT groupset (expept from the lx chain/casette), brand new NOS aztec brake pads. Xt hubs on araya RM20 rims, XT pedals too!
Frame is full tange prestige, built by none other than giant back in the day. fork is cromo. Ive taken this out just the once, & was genuinly surprised how well she rode! classic 80's geomerty still works, after all, the terrain we rode then, is still here now (as i recently found out
due to moving, split from the lady, i have to clear out my kit
i would really love to sell it to someone who will like/love it for what it is, (without s/s'ing, or taking the all the parts off)
since this photo was taken ive added a ritchey megabite front tyre & a maxxis xc rear tyre
