Would just mention that I needed the stem, it matches the frame and I would give you something for it BUT it was free before he mentioned stealing it from my second dibs on whole bike. If you are on this sooner than later I will slip a few quid or whatever, though it was included free as karma the OEM stem?
The point of RB is love for old bikes not a scrap dealers! If you decide I'm right about this prase me and back off this eminent split which happened without consideration for KEEPING the OEM together. GLWS and enjoy splitting the OEM between you without much trouble. I'll not mention much more BUT it's not fair, the OEM is important and worth keeping together as one batch, included in the karma offer as mentioned.

Otherwise like I said GLWS it was supposed be free for collection the whole lot with all fixtures and fittings, it seems the whole point has been missed, you all seem keen shouting drinks or whatever at Joel but seriously missed the point, the frame is quite desired in the condition with the OEM parts Joel has mentioned, it really pisses on things that it's being torn up into bits in Jiffy bags sent up and down the country, the 2nd dibs I had doesn't mean anything? It was free for collection at one point which was inviting NOW however it's being split so GLWS unless otherwise, TBH it's a bit of insult that RetroBike classified is being used in this way. In the spirit of RB karma is karma, drink or whatever keep it outside of RetroBike and keep it BIKES NOT DRINKS please. :facepalm:

Ok, bike has gone now. Sorry if this has caused a few ruffles here, I did list the whole as a Karma job lot because I didn't want the hassle of stripping everything down, cleaning, posting etc and I thought it should go to a good home.
For any non-pickup items that need the above treatment... I felt it reasonable to ask for a bit of cash. Thought I could find an arrangement that suited everyone, but I suppose I didn't think through all the possible permutations beforehand.
I'm still a RB newbie, so lesson learned...
