Hi,
Can anyone tell me much about this Kuwahara, I am potentially swapping a Bianchi 940sf for the Kuwahara and a Marin from similar era, I think i'm getting a good deal but want to make sure, both the Kuwahara and Marin are in good nick, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Kevin

Re:

Nice Find ...
Kuwahara are top frames and the pacer is a lovely fast and responsive ride !!
There were 3 pacer models made by kuwahara
Pacer
Hi- Pacer
X-Pacer

I had a '91 Pacer until a few years ago, it is a very nice and well made frame. I sold it because the frame was a little bit on the small side for me.

But I got a hi-pacer a few weeks ago. It is now the right size, but it has the seatpost stuck. I am currently in the process of sewing it out bit by bit...

There is also a rather long thread about a '89 Pacer on the mtb-news.de forums. It belongs to a friend of mine. He kitted it out rather well. Might be worth a look even if you don't speak german. A lot of pics in there...
