Hi, This 1987 Fat Chance frame no 87472 looks original, but after discussions with someone on here (who knows his stuff), the fork has double eyelets and reinforcement at the crown, like a 1987 Cannondale fork, but it is for Cantis not the roller cams. Headset is Specialized not Shimano 600. Maybe it had a damaged fork early in life, and the fork was replaced by Bob's Bicycles in Santa Barbara. Very honest bike. Still set up "US / Continental brakes with front left.

Stem is blue not black as per 1987 catalogue. Tyres are Tioga Farmer John not Specialized ground Control.

Seat post is free to move.

No external bubbling around the bottom bracket / bottom of seat tube.

Size 20" I think.
