It was one of the last bike I would own. I remember the 24" wheeled Iron Horse Stalion, developed by Dan Hanebrink with the Edge-Headshock fork I have seen in Some old Mountain Bike Action. In a french magazine, there were a interview where Dan showed his last prototype and that Shocker. Since my 1988 Cannondale SM600, I always love 24" bikes.
That bike was the Mombat's Shocker. I bought it to Jeff Archer's son on ebay. On a way, I love the idea to keep a Mombat's bike and to give him another life.
On other hand, I saw that Dan Hanebrink passed away in the beginning of the year…
