Ha...I did change them, the beartraps feel & look much better to me....but thats not the subltle change I was refering to, sortened the fork threead to remove 2 of the spacers and make the front end a bit cleaner.
The seatpost is staying for now, I really like it as @27motorhead says.....slack style....!
