I did get a reply - seller seemed quite friendly, helpful and willing to ship to the UK. He sent me some better photos. There were quite a few marks from the frame and the main Stumpjumper sticker was damaged. But for $200 I don't think that's bad at all. I just wasn't sure as it would have cost the same again to ship it here.
It seems yesterday that he relisted it, and someone did a BIN. Hopefully it's a Retrobiker who got it !
