This is my Mean Streak from 1984
A rare bike,I've not seen another for sale for a long time.
It's a 19" frame
I bought it from my local bike shop about a year ago.
They did service it and I've ridden it once since then,as I have 14 bikes..
It was restored by its previous owner who I managed to talk/message with,who told me the following..
'I did a full strip down & rebuilt with new cables & sourced period correct cranks & rear mech for it.
Also found some new old stock Araya rims,which were laced up to period correct hubs'
Saddle was replaced by the bike shop as the original one was knackered and too uncomfortable to sit on apperently.I put some bear traps on it (NOS),as the pedals on it weren't correct.
Lovely rare 80s mtb that I was going to keep but unfortunately I have too many bikes in my collection.
Looking for offers close to £600,as it's been rebuilt.
Otherwise I'll be putting it on mkt place for £650
I can't send it as I'm too busy.
