I had a similar sort of frame, never been able to pin it to a builder.
Mine had a Silva style rear brake bridge, Falck tubing, Gipiemme drop outs - just wondering if your frame has similar features.
Would be nice to find out who built it, even when it isn't in my possession anymore...
