1980s Prestige info?

I picked up a quite nice frame at the weekend but have hit a brick wall when trying to find anything about it. Its badged as a Prestige on the downtube and headtube but nothing else. No serial number or stamps but seems to be decent but not outstanding quality.
Came with Suntour Cyclone 6000 F & R derallieurs and a Sugino Super Mighty Crankset. Not Gaspipe but not 753 either
Anyone remember these?
