1975 Raleigh Flyer

Retro Newbie
I've been lurking this forum quite a bit for advice but thought I'd post up some pictures and say hi/thanks!

This is a 1975 Raleigh Flyer I picked up off eBay. It was in pretty decent condition but after a good clean out and repack of all the bearings it's riding really well. Polished up a little and added a new saddle, bar tape, chain, brake pads and a couple of cables. Everything else is original components (I think)!

Clean looking :). Is there a number in it somewhere. My memory is terrible but I can recall a bluey looking one but not pink.

Re:

Do you mean serial number?

The pink (listed as Dusk Pink or Sharp Pink) and the purple were both from around the same time. The serial number on mine puts it at February 1975 production.

I found this scan of the original brochure (on this forum!) showing the pink frame:

My partner and I picked up the purple one (5 speed) at the same time, slightly smaller frame size:

Ah! it is my memory :( I remember the Purple / bluey one but not the pink. Serious failure on my part as I like pink bikes :D
