I must have done something good this year, I have been given another bike.
This one is a 1974 Freddie Grubb Galibier, by Holdsworth.
It’s very grubby having been in storage for decades and the wheels are shot but I think it will come up nicely.

Ah yes, I see it stubbornly lurking in your last picture! I guess if push comes to shove you could remove it with the bottom bracket from the same side?
 
Bottom bracket and crank arm successfully removed and frame cleaned with multi surface lemon scented wipes. She looks and smells very fresh and fragrant.
She bears a few blemishes but she is nearly 50!
