19" 1995? Scott Racing Comp Frame with Unishock VR

Picked this up for a friend but he went with something else.
Great shape.
19" C-C Seat Tube
22.5 C-C Top Tube
Ritchey Logic Tubing and Ritchey Dropouts.
Fork works great but I think this might have been one of the Unishocks that was recalled.
