Cheers, but im stumped as to what it is! I was under the impression the only non lugged bikes were the arc welded torus ti's, but that was wish bone stay'd-any ideas?

I have only seen one other of these on here but its a cro-mo comp apparently made with really good tubing for cro-mo its very light
