I actually winced when I saw the chainstay.

I did briefly see this earlier and wondered why it hadnt been snapped up at that price, although I hadnt properly looked at the ad at that time. Definitely beyond any economic repair as you say although I think it was originally up for around £250 earlier in the week so if it keeps coming down in price eventually it will be worth it for parts. I actually wouldn't mind the stem for mine but cant see me buying it just for that.

This looks like the one that was for sale in Perth on marketplace for weeks £600 price dropped to £180
Then last week it disappeared.
Possibly this guy bought it

This is repairable, but the whole stay would need to go. @Markybeau, didn't you mean UGLI repair?
