according to me it's an ACOR = one of many brandnames used by the same company operating out of Taiwan

here is there curent Ti product line - they're still using the same clamping part for the fork side of things ...

http://www.acorsports.com/products.php?i_category=51

the Morati ones where quite a bit different in the clamping design and had more even and smaler welds

Martin

Agreed - it's most likey to be an ACOR, possibly a prototype also. Might keep this one for the 1996 Team Marin!

There may be another one somewhere if anyone's interested?

Let me know and I'll go looking for them.

Cheers for all your help in identifying it! :)

I have one of these myself out in the shed (couple of sheared bolts, Ti not being as strong as steel  ) that I bought off eBay around about 2002. The guy was East European so the stuff was probably Indo-Russian...
I had handlebars, bar ends, hollow axles and a load of bolts from him too, including a long Ti bolt for my Headlock which I still have - all quality stuff at very reasonable rates... :)
