Wanted 1 inch flexstem - worse condition the better!

I've been looking for a short length flexstem and have found a 1 1/4 with 100mm reach. My bikes a 1 so need the quill section.

So looking for a cheap 1 inch stem!

Any help would be appreciated.

I've got a 22.2mm (1") quill for a flexstem available if you still need one? I've had a similar situation.
It's in nice condition. Let me know.
