🍊 clockwork build for her indoors

I built this up last year and thought I'd add a build thread for it .
Bought a clockwork/c16 17" frame off an orange group.
1997
A small dint in top tube but otherwise looked OK.

I decided on a theme for the build really quickly.
And spec wise I had some of the parts I'd been collecting as and when I saw a bargain .
So only really had to find some wheels and bars .
First up powder coat and decals

That colour scheme looks fantastic - I have a soft spot for a Clockwork, and am working on a tiny Slime Green one for my wife at the moment. Its nowhere near as smart!

Those Indy's look to be showing a lot of stanchion - maybe because they had boots BITD?

A black seatpost might look more in keeping with the colourway. I may have an original Orange one if you are interested and the seat-tubes are the same size for yours and mine.

Hi thank you. I love a slime green clockwork,
The previous owner send me some pics of the frame when he bought it and it was a tatty slime green , which he'd stripped and lacquered with a spray tin and managed a good selection of runs .

The indy's have new elastomers but are the same length , I just ditched the boots .

I agree with the seat post it was just one I had spare .
I'm not looking to change it atm though but thanks
Luckily I had all the xt kit already or it would of been a lesser build spec .

Thanks Pete, she does love it and has done a few red routes on it .
Trouble is the kids love riding it to and want xt kit on there's now
