I figured the front derailleur may be lower end, bit of a steel low end 300LX look to it, levers are a rarity ... Even more so if.... If they were solid and complete bullet/lever combos

Yeah, Olympus groupset was a bit of a curates egg with the front mech not one of the best parts. At least you haven’t got the terrible Olympus brake levers!
Personally I think your Record OR levers are some of the nicest ever made, they’re so elegant. I never got on with Bullets at all though. Despite the best efforts of several mechanics, we couldn’t get them to work adequately. Sometimes they needed two hands to shift! Raleigh ended up replacing them with Record OR/Icarus thumbies. That’s what I’d look for if you want Campag.

Looks good with the blackwall tyres and new stem. Not a fan of that saddle though, looks a bit tired. Maybe a mid/late 90s saddle to mix things up a bit? (Heresy I know).

See if the black turbo fits - the bike would certainly be a fitting tribute

It definitely would be a fitting tribute as this is such a lovely bike.
I do think the white Turbo suits it brilliantly though (and I’m not normally a fan of white saddles). It complements the colour and the Campag perfectly.

That is bloody lovely! I never knew ITM did an Eclypse stem with a rise. Always learning on here.

Team white Turbo here also. Dare I say it also looked far more distiguished with the skinwall tires? Gave me strong mid 80´s Cinelli Laser vibes.
