Looks like a morning doctors appointment
dyna-ti i presume you got one? fancy doing a short review?
I actually got 2 ,one was for RobMac and i had to carry them both 2 miles home  Things you'll do for fellow retrobikers.
A review
It comes mostly assembled, only a few knobs to fit etc,the rest is self explanatory.
The 4 legs make it very stable but gives it a large footprint,so if its going to stay up be aware.
It telescopes it height but im keeping it low as i dont think the tubing is so robust as to support a heavy bike fully extended[though i havent tried it so cant say for sure]
.
The clamp holds reasonably securely but the grips are plastic not rubber so the bike can still swivel, might be an idea to coat it with rubber solution or something. :?
The clamp jaws can be tightened right down, but with the lack of grip it could crush if you overdo it in an attempt to get a better grip :?
The top clamp[that allows you to swing the bike for working on one wheel or the other doesnt really tighten enough to stop the weight shift from
moving the bike when you take one of the wheels off.I thought maybe 'roughing' the tube it clamps to to give it more grip :?
Overall it does what it says on the tin and is good[like all stands] for sorting brakes, gears etc.
Plus makes for a handy way to hold the bike for pictures
£30 :?
Buy it
Any questions??
