I buy bulk spokes @ 300mm and cut and thread them myself, but if you go longer it might not be to bad. problem with longer is they may stick out the top of the nipple. what did you use to calculate the lengths? Try an Excel file called spocalc.xls it has a list or rims and hubs and the...
