Awesome! That's the model I presume mine was before the modification. It would be interesting to compare serials and whether yours has Gipiemme dropout forks - from the photo it looks like yours might have eyelets unlike mine. Please post details once you have it!

Dark Zolatone + Afterburner stays = 1991 model I think. Eldridge was neon red and Pine Mountain neon orange, so is it possible yours is a neon red that has lightened over time?

I'd second using Wise. I've been using them for a long time for transfers, purchases from abraod and while living abroad. Nothing but good experiences both technically and with their customer service.

I'm not going to be a lot of help here, I am afraid. I don't have any K serials logged, so I would guess that's another factory they started using for production in the late 90s. For all the other factories I have logged, the year is identifiable from the serial. However, from this one that...

RS1s, I think. RS2,3,4 went to four bolts to hold the spider in place before the later lockring style. Nice haul!
