Made a Pepsi-can shim so I can use my 26.8mm seatpost. Sheldon Brown was right. The 91 Comp has a 27mm post.
Bar tape arrived, so had to test the color. Notice the golden seatclamp.
I also have the chain, and a black seatclamp:
This means I have everything to make this a riding bicycle, at least a beta version.
The crank and BB will be changed out for new parts once I confirm the chainline and chanring size necessary (currently 34t x 18t)
Saddle and seatpost will be different pieces as well.
I have the correct spacers to dish and tension the rear wheel, finally
So the coming days, there should be progress. And hopefully a testride.
