I'm 1.778m tall and My road race bike is a 50cm ctc and my vintage mtn bike size is a 17 inch (43cm) frame.
So this is pretty comfy to me. Lol.

I suggest all cyclists do 10 minutes of stretching everyday. It's wonder's for comfortability on the bike. I know we're all busy, but if you just take 10 minutes away from doom scrolling on the phone you will notice a difference in just a couple of weeks.

I was a upper middle Cat 2 crit and track racer 20 years ago and haven't lost my form. But I have lost a little speed as my belly... I mean my gas tank is bigger. I'm now a gorilla with angel wings.

What saddle is that? It looks almost like a tioga spider 2 but not as swooped up in the back???

Thanks. It will be my neo retro touring bike: modern where I need it, retro where I love it. Will built it with a 3×10 SLX/XT groupset but keep the nineties colour touch.

The saddle is a flite slr xp but don´t think I´ll keep it.

Later years FTW (Frank Wadelton) columbus frame & fork gravel ATB, yet pre 'gravel' consumer-branding, bike.

I'm changing out the crankset and cockpit (riser bars instead of the drops) shortly. And yes, it's an odd phone-cam angle.

I have been looking for a new bike to replace the Trek 700 that I posted previously in this thread. The 700 was a stop gap bike for a Trek 750 I had that I cracked the unicrown fork while jumping it. While the 700 rode well , it's wheelbase was a little longer than I like on a all terrain bike and it was made of high tensile steel and heavy heavy heavy!
I finally found a decent lugged DB cromoly frame. It's 1990 Bianchi Boardwalk with a Superset 2 frame. I transferred all my parts over from the 700 and the only thing original is the frame as I have an old Kinesis 6061 aluminum fork that I like. I dig the purple, pink and turquoise on black decals! I'm trying to find some reasonable priced anodized H2O cages. Nobody seems to have purple cages for some reason.?!?!?
