On One 456 Evo - horizontal / slot dropout?

On One early history.

Dave had a sample inbred made at Maxway in 853.

He swapped me that for some help on a website. I liked it. We decided to start a brand.

First model was actually the Gimp. Made by Ciclogic. Then the Runt. A bmx that was going to be a Planet X model.

Of course the first xc mountainbike model was 853 horizontal dropout singlespeed v brake frames. Inbred. All with same head tube length as we forgot to check drawings.

We then went to Taiwan and found that chromoly was same as Reynolds 520 and called it DN6 and made frames for half the price.

Then we moved from Maxway to Yoan - another steel builder in Taichung.

Then we did geared and ebb models.
Then we did 456. Slot dropouts. 29ers. Scandals. All at Yoan.

Pompino in there too.

Yoan made all the steel and alloy until we made Bootzippers at Olympic in Vietnam.

That’s the early days. I’ll write more when I’ve drunk less some time.
