I’ve had this lovely frameset sat in the workshop for a while, it’s way to big for me at 5 11” so thought I’d build it up with parts I have for someone to finish and enjoy.
Everything’s been cleaned, greased and new cables run. Brakes setup, gears ready to be setup once final bits added by you.
Threads, bearings all good. Paint and decals have patina but good for age, some surface rust only.
It’s got mounts for racks and panniers if needed.

Cassette
Grannie and big ring
The thumbies are shimano 8x3 but will work with 7 fine, rear hub takes 7 speed cassette.

Original Seatpost and Muddy Fox saddle
Kalloy Seat QR
Front wheel - Simano Exage hub on alloy rim
Continental Travelmaster 26x1.75 tyre
Rear wheel - Shimano hub with freehub on alloy rim Swalbe Landcruiser 26x1.90 tyre.
Both with chrome shimano QR’s.
Shimano sealed BB
Shimano Exage 300LX cranks with NEW TA 38T 110bcd 5arm chainring.
Pedals are unknown metal cage, plastic body.
Front mech - Shimano Deore 300LX
Rear mech SRAM
Shifters - Shimano thumbies 3x8 (fine for 7 speed).
Brakes - front shimano cantis, rear shimano U brake, alloy brake levers.
