I had a similar pair of Profile brand in the 90's, supposed to give you enough bar space to ride on the tops. Rather defeated the object of trying to go faster, but for touring should be good.

Picked up same model/year a few weeks ago, much cheaper but work to do. Broken shifter and no bouncy stuff going on in forks. Probably a winter project.
