Yes, bike has definitely had a front-end shunt. Forks are bent at the steerer. Going to see if I can bend them back. If not, it'll end up in the skip! Just curious about this "Eclipse" model: can't find any reference to it anywhere!

Good thread! I recently had a solid Powder Coat experience for a Reynolds 531 frame here: http://www.keeppowdercoating.co.uk. They're on the Bell Lane industrial estate in Uckfield. £60 for blast then coat. Worth considering if you are nearby.
