    Reccomend me a suspension fork

think quadra range had reflector mount on the bridge and tyre clearance was good, correctly reshaped reflector bracket (short as poss to reduce leverage, etc), outer cable runs from brake lever to bracket, then standard from then on down. or same as above, one brake cable to only one canti...

    Reccomend me a suspension fork

wouldn't worry about the geometery, just pick a sus fork with the same rake on it, geometery changes anyway as the fork length changes, and lock it out if you want to keep the geometery though fork length would have to match yours, not much chance of that, maybee a short travel, hybrid style fork.

    chain link extractor

true, a bit lighter and thiers enough metal spare for a bottle opener! and how about a chain pin stop device to stop the pins dropping out, obviously adjustable for different chain width.

    Reccomend me a suspension fork

don't touch it, its a classic, reminds me of my raleigh memphis, but if you have to, some nice retro quadra 24s, 10s are rubbish, but anything retro you can get in good condition, didn't rock shock make an mint green fork a couple years ago, maybee mint sauce could help you.

Rear Disc Brake Adaptor - Gary Fisher Paragon 1999

yep see what you mean, this must have been a later way of doing the job, the Gary Fisher I had, had bolt holes for a disc adaptor on the dropouts, it improvised the mudguard eyelet and added an extra one to take a disc bracket. this one is on the chain stays, looks far more substantial too.

    chain link extractor

why do I sometimes feel i'm talking to myself, its ok I remembered anyway, I agree with you both, I too use my hand for these things, I think its pointless really to use the secondary bridge, why can't they think of something more useful like a bottle opener, anyway glad to see your all awake at...

    Carbon or Alloy

thats an impresive video, those carbon forks are so meaty and tough, halfords, what do they know anyway? reynolds was never mean't to be mtb stuff originally, later gauges were more suitable. and not surprised it dents, its made up of several different gauges of thin steel, hence 531, 753, etc...
