Lots of old cliches and snake oil. Does a steel frame really ride better? It is perfectly possible to design a superb aluminium frame, just as it is possible to design an awful steel frame.

Sounds logical, but my brain can’t square the optimum temp of a fridge (3-5 degrees) with a control that allows a temperature of 9 degrees. Who needs to run a fridge at 9 degrees? It’s positively frowned upon by those who care about food hygiene.
