    Thanks all. Nail varnish is a good idea, but I needed to cover more than just scratches/chips. I couldn't find Honda Milano red locally, but bought a spray can of S4-320 Red gloss from Halfords, and after one coat it looks like a good match. I don't know how much the original paint has faded...
