24 inch..Frame.
Two owners, been stored away for years hence very nice condition .Couple of small marks but overall paintwork is very good,
Fitted with Campagnolo dropouts and lever bosses (added in 70s when the frame was repainted)
Baylis Wiley oil bath bb
Campagnolo headset.
