    Not much, I'm afraid. The Flamingo name was used by Union for many decades for some of their sportier models. I don't recall having seen this particular one before. Looks rather elegant.

    What is the actual BB threading? If BSC, then I suspect this frame was made in Belgium. Belgian builders were known to use Japanese tubing and frame parts. Frames were often delivered as "blank" frames, i.e. painted but without a serial number or branding. The client, usually a bike shop...

    The CEO, the operations manager, the system administrator, the accountant, the communications manager and the dishwasher over at Velobase are all the same person, AFIK. In my mind it looks a bit like this at Velobase HQ: I get that it takes a while to fix things when you're running that site...
