Edit: regarding the stem - I’m almost certain it’s not made by Salsa. It’s a beautifully fillet brazed stem however. The bars on the other hand - are original and made by Salsa. Details to follow. Thanks for the interest!

Not quite what you’re after… Longer and has a fair bit of rise, but it’s the right era and fillet brazed. At the moment comes with Salsa ‘black chrome’ bars, but could split. Any good?

What he said, screw the bolts in, then use a flat spanner to adjust tension. The springs don’t go into the frame.

Nice one Ackers, sadly that bar has a 21.1mm quill. I need 22.2mm - a fraction bigger and just a fraction less obsolete…
