Primed frame..... red oxide isn't the best for neon colours it appears. Also found white matt paint needs a super hot condition to take as well as black. Back to the drawing board but nothing ventured nothing gained, haply with the black though.... Out with the sander later again haha

Quick update and question time Frame and fork have been stripped and have been sitting in primer for awhile now. Due to being off work I will have some time to potentially start and finish the paint job ready for the york festival and malverns. It "should" be delivered tomorrow said the paint...

Make a coffee table book as well, time spent finding a pic or 3 to match the plate and a wee sentence to remind of the race. I'm planning this for plates, bikes etc but we got some large picture frames and used these to frame family pics, could work well for plates?

Sounds like an excuse to buy more bikes lol, great idea and may follow suite

Cleaned the mechs aswell, pics above..... they took some scrubbing aswell, but the jockey wheels almost looked new!
