    Colnago '80s Model type?

At first glance looks like a Colnago super from around 1983 . I think Mexico Colnago's were made of lighter tubing so if you know the average weight of this size Colnago super and compare it with the same size Mexico that might tell you what frame you have .

Riding No Handed in London earns you a ticket?

I was in London last year to pick a bike up from South London and ride it back up to kings cross from Balham via Clapham Common . From what I saw cyclists had achieved a critical mass and there was a lot of them about . Multiple cyclists running red lights , a messenger guy falling foul of a...

Great news. Ebay drops seller charges!

Being the retro technophobe neanderthal that I am I recently sold an item on e-bay and bypassed the simple delivery and paid my own postage and hand wrote the postal address on the item package I had sold has I have done for the past seventeen years . Of course e-bay generated its own label...

What is your Holy Grail among Japanese frame builders or marques?

I had a Panasonic pr 6000 actual team bike in Tange Prestige as good as anything the Italians can muster . Also would have liked to have met Mister Hirose of cycle store Hirose . What a grand master of bicycle engineering he was .
